Hi ladies, 1stly I would like to apologise for the long hiatus. Have been rather lazy updating my blog and cos i haven been taking pics with my camera too. Anyway, i realised despite me not updating I still received de same no. Of readership daily! Thankyou for the support! I would try to schedule a few blog post as I do have quite a no. Im soooo sorry for the hiatus! and yes it has been close to 2-3mths already! Sorry ladies! Im much active on instagram den on blogs/fb. Just a lil update, Im working full time as an HR Officer and am only doing nails on weekdays 7pm and weekends thus slots are pretty limited. So, book your appt with me in advance to avoid disappointment (:

Ribbon ball

Really like the ribbon which I meticulously pasted it to form de ribbons. Felt this set looks too cute, wanna do sth like that for myself too!

Stitch & Scrump

Was given the challenge to do this set taken from CynfulNails, Am really in love with the stitch! It looks soooo adorable that I really wish to have it on my nails too! But I cant draw that well on my own nails T.T So, I guess ladies that like stitch can get this done (:

Scallop trims with Ribbon & Heart

Another bridal set for the mth. Customer wanted hearts and ribbon thus I did this (:

Va va voom

Angel came to me for her bridal set, I was pretty excited for her and have already thought of doing the handfolded ribbon for her! added colourful balls at the side of the ribbon to give it an extra sweet feel. She is a fan of crystals and anything bling! So, I added blings on her other fingers and added the Jelly hearts on her thumbs (1 of the latest trend).

Discoball inlays

Most of my customers doesnt really like doing stickers or inlay or 3d. So, I was really happy when YingJie chose this set. She wanted colourful inlays but as de colours didnt really show out I added heart shaped inlays too. So, it looked pretty clean and neat. (: She is a fan of 3d too thus I added 3d ribbons on her alt fingers.

Everything a girl can ask for

A bride always wants an almost perfect wedding, thus when it comes to nails most of them couldnt decide on what they want/need. And so, I did this set with ribbons, hearts & crystals. Everything a girl can ask for and in the perfect colour tone of pink which goes well with anything.

Go Red for CNY

Red french x crystals x charms. Every girls favourite.

Customer showed me this set from Nail Obsession and I did it unto her nails. had a hard time drawing the ribbon as I wasnt very good in drawing ribbons back den.

Black Gradation

Yesterday was nude, today's black. The are actually friends that came together and I was sooo surprised that this lady wanted black for CNY but she really like it so I gave her a black gradation. with my black charm too.

White French

Filionia gave me Cynfulnails design and wanted me to have it on her nails. I have to say it isnt easy to do cynthia's design and I really try my best to imitate to the best. But given of my experience and cynthia's theres surely a lil different in the outlook.

But anyway, felt this set is suitable for bridal nails too. Clean, sweet and yet elegent.

Short nailbeds

Customer came with super small and short nailbed, I realise alot of my customers have very short and small nailbed. And becos of that they feel that they can only do very simple things, such as french gradation etc. But no, This set I did for this customer is super pretty and she has very small nailbed. I know the pictures feel as thou they are long but trust me her nails are super short its the art of the nail that makes it look longer.

 

And becos of the super short nails, I managed to bring in super small charms( ONLY FOR SHORT NAILS) as it would look too small on long nails.

Red CNY Set

Sorry for the super long hiatus, CNY period have been a hell week for me. Yes, I love doing nails but NO I do not like having to deal with all the weird customers (I actually wanted to swear.) But despite meeting all the weird customers Im still pretty much happy about all the nails/customers I have done/met during this period. THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING ME!!

 

I have quite a no. of pictures in my camera but not all are taken as I was quite busy that I actually forgot :/ Anyway, you can check out my instagram theres more pictures there and ALL of my cny pics are already uploaded. hehe^^

 

Im trying my best to edit the pictures as soon as possible just so, I can post it all up on my blog and FB page. Please do give me some time (Im still in the holiday mood) Trying my best to get back to business and trying to crack my brain for more promotions.

 

This lady was de 1st to start doing red as CNY was approaching she decided to have everything she likes on her fingers. thus the polkadots x blings x Handmade ribbon.

AngelPro Tutorial

I did a tutorial on Angelpro Gelly before but cos ALL my pictures were removed by Google I had to redo this again. I cant tell you how I loooove Angelpro Gelly. Its 100% Gel and its safe for the nails. ok. I will write another post on the different types of gel in the market another time just so this post doesnt turn too wordy. (:

1. Apply a layer of Angel Pro GELLY BASE on to prepped, filed & cleansed nail. Place the nail under a professional UV/LED lamp to cure. 

2. Im using a UV Lamp thus I will be "curing" the nails for 2 mins after every layer is applied.

3. Apply an even layer of Angel Pro GELLY POLISH gel nail lacquer on to the entire nail without touching the skin/cuticles.

4. Apply a second layer of Angel Pro GELLY POLISH gel nail lacquer if required.

5. Do any art that will be needed before applying a layer of Angel Pro GELLY SHINE for long lasting shine. Avoid the skin around the nail. Place the nail under a professional UV/LED lamp.

 6. Dampen a cotton pad/lint free wipe with Angel Pro GEL CLEANSER. Clean the nail with the cotton pad/lint free wipe to remove the sticky residue on the nail surface.

7. Your nails are ready! Angel Pro GELLY POLISH last for more than three weeks on your nails.
